|Recommended: Yes400 North one the finest apartment buildings in Central Florida — 400 North provides a lifestyle that is luxurious as well as practical. The quality of apartments and features is very high. The building and location in Maitland contributes to a very livable and exciting lifestyle. Shopping, dining, exercise facilities, Maitland parks, walking running environment and location to all Central Florida has to offer encompass the 400 North experience. The parking garage is excellent.

My move was really easy and the front office staff is the best shout out to Izzy Ana There are some drops of paint from the construction but the apartment is super new so, I have no problem with it. I can sort of hear my neighbors but it's an apartment building, it's expected. I love this place so far Thanks, everyone
|Recommended: YesGreat place but free coffee should be available more — It is a great place so far. Parking is anywhere, not too crowded yet. My neighbors are typically quiet so I am lucky. Windows in bedroom need to be thicker to keep out loud Publix trucks and train sounds. I like the features and the pool. It is nice that there is free coffee, but for people who work at 8 am or earlier, it isn't available. It should be open to us longer, earlier in the morning. The office doesn't open till 8 30, they could always keep the big room open, but lock the offices. Just a suggestion that would be really nice for residents. I love that they are dog friendly. Most residents I have met have been very friendly and Maitland is a nice area.

|Recommended: YesProud to call My Home — the community is great Close to entertainment and Shopping. The staff is very kind from all of my encounters with them, they resolve issues in a timely manner and make sure that their residents are happy. Absolutely enjoy having a pool and gym on the grounds. Looking forward to the retail businesses coming to the building as well
Only thing I would suggest is that the property management please communicate to the SunRail that the trains blaring their horns are interfering with the current residents. Especially if there may be families with young children wishing to call 400North their future home.
